Returns/Exchanges
We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after your order is placed to request to make a return or exchange. Other exclusions besides the 30-day time constraint may also apply.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
NOTE: Unfortunately we cannot accept returns/exchanges on items purchased using a promo/discount code during checkout. These items are considered final sale and no returns, no exchanges, and no store credit will be issued. No exceptions will be made.
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at: support@ellaaura.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping and returns will need to be sent to our returns center - mailing address to be provided upon acceptance of your return request. This will be the same location from which the item(s) shipped, meaning in most cases the return shipping address will be in China.
If your return is accepted, we’ll issue a RA# as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, nor refunded. In the event of an exchange, dispatch of the replacement item will be made only after the original has been returned and accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
