ATTENTION: We are currently experiencing widespread shipping delays. While handling is quite quick, our 3rd party international shipping service currently has a backlog of orders that will be handled in a first in, first out manner.
Shipping turnaround can be quite lengthy at the moment, though, with some orders taking even up to 10-12 weeks for delivery. Please know that we have 24/7 availability via email during this time. Shipping
Between shipping and handling, your order will usually be delivered in 5-7 business days, which we're always doing our best to expedite - especially for special occasions! While rare, due to extreme circumstances shipping can take longer, but most of the time you will receive your product(s) sooner than anticipated.
Sometimes orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately. For these types of orders you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each product with a separate tracking link/number. If you are shopping from Canada, please allow a few extra days to receive your item(s).
Ella Aura partners with a number of international suppliers to be able to provide you with the best possible price for our clothing. These suppliers are primarily located in China and Taiwan. Your order will be imported directly from abroad at the time of purchase, which is why shipping can often take over a week. To reiterate, please be aware that your order will most likely not ship from a U.S. location.
Because we are a rather small, emerging company, we are handling a good deal of the processing and shipping ourselves, and because we ask that our customers have a little bit more patience in this regard, we want to show you that we appreciate your patience and your business by offering FREE domestic shipping for all U.S. orders regardless of value! To our ladies abroad, we offer a flat $14.99 shipping fee. This will be listed as "International Shipping" during the checkout process.
Before ordering please be sure your cart is accurate as we cannot always accommodate immediate cancellations. We do our best, but because we prioritize rapid shipping turnaround, it's not always possible to cancel an order before it ships.
We offer round-the-clock customer service, though and we pride ourselves on generally taking no longer than 12 hours to respond to any given email inquiry.
Tracking
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, fulfilled, and shipped, you will receive an additional email containing a tracking number specific to your product. Again, if multiple items are ordered, they may be shipped separately.
After you have received a tracking number(s), you may track your shipment using our tracking page. If you are concerned that your package is not coming, do not worry! Your items are on their way. Again, our average shipping duration is 7-9 business days, but we do not guarantee this timeframe and actual shipping times can vary. As long as your package is still in the system and does not reflect as "cancelled," your package(s) will eventually arrive.
Sometimes an error will occur with our automated email system in which orders containing multiple shipments indicate over email that they have been delivered in full, even if only partial delivery has taken place. This is an issue our tech team is working to resolve, but if this is something you experience, please know that it is in fact an error and the rest of your order will still be coming!
